It’s the ideal getaway for two to four nights, combining cultural richness with unforgettable experiences.

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN PORTO

Arrival in Porto airport and transfer to your hotel.

In the afternoon, visit Graham’s Port and learn about the history of the Graham family and their renowned port, established in 1820. Explore the chambers where barrels age, then enjoy a port tasting.

Note: This experience can be done in private with a VIP tasting room, including cheese board and chocolate truffles.

DAY 2 - PORTO

Private transfer to Porto city center to go on a walking tour of the city center, including some food stops to try out local delicacies. Porto is famed for its bridges, port wine, and rich cultural and culinary offerings. Stroll through the UNESCO-listed Ribeira waterfront, and visit landmarks like Saint Francis Church, Porto Cathedral, Lello bookstore, and the iconic Clerigos Tower. Explore Porto’s gastronomy with stops at boutique shops to sample traditional delights. Continue to a seaside restaurant for lunch. After lunch, return to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Optional extras: Explore the local towns of Guimaraes and Braga, or Serralves Museum.

DAY 3 - PORTO TO DOURO VALLEY

Depart on a private transfer to the town of Lamego. Visit the Sanctuary “Our Lady of the Remedies”, stroll arround the city and enjoy lunch at a local restaurants. For those that would like to be more active, go on a hike to the entrance of your hotel (luggage will be sent in a separate transfer).

or head to Amarante to start an e-bike adventure through a former railway line with great views along the river. Arrive in Bastos and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

Arrival at your hotel and rest of the time at leisure.

DAY 4 - DOURO VALLEY

Depart on a private transfer to the town of Provescende to start a downhill hike to Pinhao. Stop at a local bakery for a coffee. Continue by boat on the Douro River until reaching out to a reknown winery. Have lunch with wine pairing at the winery.

After lunch, return to the hotel for an evening at leisure.

Optional extras: Cooking class, and private tasting of rare ports that have been aging from 10 to 100 years.

DAY 5 - DEPARTURE TO THE NEXT DESTINATION

Transfer to Porto airport or continue your journey to Lisbon, Galicia or Ribera del Duero.
